Pineville News

Members of the North Carolina Association of Municipal Clerks are coming together to help towns affected by Hurricane Florence.  We have chosen to help the City of New Bern with their specific needs which include toiletries from toilet paper to toothpaste and everything in between.  Items such as soap, shampoo, toothpaste, deodorant and especially toilet tissue are desperately needed to help the many residents that were gravely affected by this disaster.

Donation boxes have been set up in three locations:

1)  The Belle Johnston Community Center located at 1000 Johnston Dr.,
      Pineville

2)  Pineville Town Hall located at 200 Dover St., Pineville

3)  Pineville Communications (Tele/Elect) located at 118 College St. next to
     the Pineville Post Office.

Any and all donations will go directly to the City of New Bern and are very much appreciated. On behalf of the Municipal Clerks of North Carolina and the Town of Pineville, I thank each and every one of you for your support.

YOUR Town Clerk, Barbara Monticello

***Since the need is great and the need is now, donation collections will            only run for two weeks so we can get these much needed items to
those in need as soon as possible.
