Revised & Amended Proclamation under NC Emergency Management Act
8/7/20 – The Town of Pineville has signed an amendment to the revised Joint Proclamation from the County to allow food to be served at the bar areas of restaurants located in Pineville as long as social distancing measures are being adhered to. This amendment to the county’s second revised proclamation (posted below) becomes effective immediately. 7/22/20 Per the Mecklenburg County press conference held earlier today, a revised Proclamation signed by the Chairman and the Board of County Commissions, in conjunction with the Mayors of Charlotte, Davidson, Matthews, Mint Hill and Pineville, and relating to restaurants, bars and the sale of alcohol during the Covid-19 pandemic, will go in to effect on Thursday.
