Thinking of hosting an event on Town property?
There are a few options for you. One option is to host your event at a Parks and Recreation facility which can be found here: https://www.pinevillenc.gov/government/departments/parks-recreation/parks-facilities/. Parks and Recreation facilities include shelter rentals, The Hut, Jack Hughes Park, Splash Pad, Canine Commons Dog Park, or the Belle Johnston Community Center.
Your second option includes all other Town Hall property (front lawn, streets, etc.) and must have a completed Outside Event Request Form sent to [email protected] at least 45 days in advance of the event. A third option could be the temporary event form from planning and zoning for additional events not located at Parks and Rec facilities or on the Front Lawn of Town Hall. That form can be foudn here: https://www.pinevillenc.gov/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/temporary-permit-2013-pdf.pdf.
