January Field Trip

The Depot at Gibson Mill

Located Concord, North Carolina. The Depot is tourist destination for “Pickers” of antique furniture, household items, and more. This 8,000 square foot sale floor has more than over 600 booths with one-of-a-kind items. Gibson Mill has become the largest and popular antique mall in the United States. 

Date: Tuesday, January 13th

Fee: Free – does not include lunch

February Field Trip

Southern Distilling Company

Located in Statesville, NC. The Distillery was built on the American dream is proudly reigniting the North Carolina’s whiskey traditions. Southern Distillery is one of the largest states of art distillery in the Southeast. They are designed on a 20-acre campus where they welcome guests to tour the distillery, bourbon tastings, and craft cocktails.

Date: Thursday, February 19th

Fee: $14 – does not include lunch

March Field Trip

Shiloh Amish General Store

Shiloh General Amish country that serves quality, handmade items for the home, and gifts. They are proud servers of Mooresville, Hamptonville, Boone, and Winston-Salem, NC. They have a variety of home style baked goods, deli meats and cheese, and fresh sandwiches for lunch. You can even have choice of their Amish jams, jellies, pickles, relishes, butters, and more. We will also visit their furniture store and greenhouse.
